Hello-
Just wanted to write a quick post and let everyone know that I have officially lost 3 pounds. And without exercise. That’s the fun part. No diet pills either.
I’ve been eating better and eating less.
I’m not starving as I’m eating several times throughout the day actually.
I also still eat most of my favorite foods just not as much. My lifestyle has not so much changed as it has been enhanced. If I want to live longer and enjoy my life this is the greatest benefit. You cannot go through life depriving yourself of all the pleasures this life has to offer. And you also have to have fun and be happy.
So using this blog and reading some of these posts can help you lose a few pounds. And it won’t cost you much in the way of sacrifices.
What have I been eating?
Oatmeal in the morning with some cinnamon, blueberries and walnuts and a glass of milk.
Whenever I get hungry I grab a handful of walnuts or some other high protein snack. And add a couple glasses of water with lemon.
Lunch and dinner have been spaghetti, pizza, PB&J, chicken, chicken, chicken. I eat a lot of chicken. For some reason after I have a chicken based meal I am hungry shortly afterwards.
Late night snack is a can of tuna or turkey. High in protein and low in calories.
And I also eat a piece of dark chocolate. It’s kind of bitter but it’s tolerable.
I have to run but just wanted to share this with you.
