3 Killer Ab workout Tips

Today I am going to share some top tips to get you those washboard abdominals.  You might be surprised when you learn what these tips are. In fact it doesnt involve magic pills or potions. It is impossible to take a pill and get washboard abdominals.

In this article I would like to describe some tips that will get you a ripped mid section. I guarantee you will see results from these tips.

Abs Tip #1-

The tip is to set goals to accomplish your dream.  I am sure you’ve set goals before and never achieved them. This is why following my plan of successs will help you succeed. I think that you should set goals that have two ingredients. You need to first have a goal for yourself. Write down exactly what you need to do to complete your goal. The second thing telling yourself when you want to goal completed.  Deadlines are great because they give you a time frame. Without goals you will be less productive and keep putting things off til tomorrow.

Abs Tip #2-

The next tip is what separates the men from the boys and the women from the girls. A goal with no action is simply a dream. If you do nothing then you will never get to your goal. Are you willing to pay the price.  Are you willing to do the work 99% of the population isn’t willing to do to get a nice set of abs?

Abs Tip #3-

The last tip is to keep track of your progress. If you follow this method you will see results in a week. Keep a note of what you consume everyday. Take note of your diet and see how many fats, protiens, carbs and calories you are intaking. Make sure that you know what days you workout. Make sure you note the exercise you did and your reps/sets. By journaling what you have done you will see where you are going.
