Here’s a nice little feature this site is running, each week they will profile a person who has made exercise a part of their life. This week it’s Fred R. Mogel. I’ve included one of his tips on the hardest hurdle to overcome:

“Hardest hurdle to overcome: The
hardest hurdle to overcome is to maintain the exercise regimen. We all
have a lot of demands on our time, but you have to schedule a time to
exercise and stick to it. You can find a million excuses not to show
up, and that’s where having a trainer or exercise buddy comes in. But I
think a trainer’s better, because you’re paying them, so you feel
you’re under an obligation to maintain it.”
