When this effect is merged with those arising from your diet program, you will find that your weight loss will be done at an alarmingly fast rate.

How well you burn fat will be determines by your level of discipline and determination. Not having any of these will only slow down the results you get. True weight loss is only achieved by adopting healthy life time habits. And in two months, you will be amazed at how much better that T-shirt now looks on you.
