Free report: The 7 Biggest Dieting Scams, Lies, and Myths…

Lose 2 To 5 Pounds A Week

Hello-

Do you often find yourself doing everything “right”… but STILL gaining (or not losing) weight?

For years, I was the same way (even 100 pounds overweight). Until I learned better…

See… the problem is, there are a LOT of myths in the dieting world right now.

Think about it. “Fat free” and “low fat” products rule grocery store shelves… new weight loss products sprout up by the second… and there’s always an infomercial promoting the newest weight loss fad.

Americans spent $33 BILLION in the weight loss industry last year. Yet the country is getting progressively fatter… and 1 out of 2 Americans are on a diet at any given time.

It Doesn’t Make Sense.

The fact is… People are spending more and more time and money on their diets… yet they’re gaining more weight than ever before.

I’m here to tell you that this isn’t by accident. Not at all. In fact, it’s part of a carefully calculated plan by high-powered people so they continue to make money.

Now let me forewarn you… by the time you’re done with this, you might feel a little angry, outraged, or even foolish. So I want to make sure you know, It’s Not Your Fault!

In today’s age, there’s so much information going around… that you NEED to take shortcuts. If you tried to research every little thing you heard about, you’d have no time to even sleep!

So you’re forced to listen to other people. The media. What weight loss industry representatives will peddle you. And unfortunately, unscrupulous marketers will tell you anything they think you want to hear – even outright lies – so they can continue making money off of your ignorance.
This ends up leaving a lot of people disillusioned, upset, and thoroughly confused.

And fat.

I want to do something about this. I want to tell the world what most people don’t have the guts to. And you’re going to find it… right here, for free, in this report.

So, let’s get started… Download the free report “The 7 Biggest Dieting Scams, Lies, and Myths…”

Watch this if you don’t want your kids to be overweight

Hello-

I just finished watching an informative video about overweight kids in America.

You can watch it here:

Chances are if you are overweight, your children will grow up to be overweight as well. The problem is, they will be overweight for a longer period of time which means health problems will develop earlier in life for them.

The video says that the more TV kids watch, the more likely they will be overweight and they will be less likely to identify healthier foods.

Another tip was that 50% of nutrition info on TV was inaccurate or misleading. So if you’re getting your nutrition information from what you see on TV, you have a 50/50 chance of that information being wrong.

One of the best tips to help your kids not be overweight is to cut back on the amount of soda and sugary drinks they consume. There is very little if any nutritional benefit of drinking a soda. There are many other juices and drinks out there that are much healthier alternatives. How about mixing water with some 100% grape juice?

If we don’t do something now, our kids will have it harder than we will and that’s not a good thought…

Lose 10 pounds with Fat Loss 4 Idiots

You can see the ads all over the net for Fat Loss 4 Idiots. Can it really help you lose 10 pounds and what is the whole plan about? Make no mistake about it though, it is one of the best selling diet plans online. The thing I like about this diet is that it’s all about food and not about exercise and working out. It has nothing to do with low fat or low carb dieting.

So what is Fat Loss 4 Idiots about?

It has to do with calorie shifting. Calorie shifting is all about eating the right foods and the right times throughout the day. There is a precise pattern of eating that you can follow that will make it almost impossible for you not to lose weight. That’s why the name is Fat Loss 4 Idiots – you’d have to be dumb not to lose 10 pounds or more with this diet plan. The diet is idiot proof. And best of all, you’re not stuck eating foods you don’t like or that have no flavor. Even better, is that you get free days where you can eat whatever you want without penalty. That’s probably my favorite part of the plan. There are days when I have to have some guilty pleasures – cookies, cake, and other sweets and this plan doesn’t punish me for indulging.

You can see results in days. You can have a new body within 11 days. How’s that for fast weight loss.

Lose 10 pounds by eating good glycemic index foods

You can lose 10 pounds or more by eating foods that are low on the glycemic index. Here is more about good glycemic index foods:

The Glycemic Index (GI) was discovered in 1981 and is the basis for many recently popular diets, including the South Beach Diet as well as others. The GI determines how long certain carbohydrates take to break down and digest in the system. Those with a high rating, take the longest time to break down and do the most damage to the system of someone with diabetes. The good glycemic foods; that is, those with the lower rates, are more desirable not only for diabetics, but for those who are watching their carbohydrate intake through such diets as the South Beach Diet, they should also be aware of what the good glycemic foods are.

Good glycemic foods tend to absorb slowly into the system, allowing the body to break down the refined sugars and starches so that the body can digest them properly. People with Type I and Type II diabetes have a difficult time digesting carbohydrates, particularly those that are high on the GI, and this lack of proper digestion makes it difficult for the diabetic to expel glucose from their blood,. While most diabetics are wise to avoid most, if not all carbohydrates, as these are what are the most difficult to digest and break down, certain carbohydrates are better than others for diabetics to consume.

Healthy foods tend to have a low score on the Glycemic Index. Some foods are still carbohydrates, but make it easier for the diabetic to digest and are much healthier and preferable than those glycemic foods with higher ratings. Substitutions are available for foods that rate high are widely available in supermarkets and other food stores.

Some of the foods that rate low include most fruits and vegetables. Although fruits and vegetables contain sugar, the sugars contained in these healthy foods digest into the system at a lower rate and also provide valuable nutrients to the diabetic, or just about everyone. The only vegetable that a diabetic and obese people should avoid is a potato, as it has a high glycemic index. Other fruits and vegetables, however, are preferable over white rice, white bread, corn flakes and anything made with white refined sugar or flour.

Other healthy foods include wholegrain breads and pastas made with wheat flour. This can be tremendously helpful to anyone who wants to manage their glycemia as well as anyone who wants to follow such low carb diets. Basmati rice is also considered one of the better glycemic foods.

Often, it is not a matter of eliminating carbohydrates when one is using diet to control their diabetes or manage their weight, but understanding which carbohydrates rate high on the glycemic index. Eating foods low on the GI can help you lose weight without starving yourself. You’ll also stay fuller longer which will help you avoid snacking on unhealthy foods.

Lose 10 pounds with 10 healthy habits for a healthy New Year

Hello-

Can you believe a new year is right around the corner? Time flies much too fast. Now is the time to start planning your New Year’s resolutions that you’ll keep for just a few weeks until you lose your motivation. :o )

We’re all guilty of it all the time. Until we make something a habit, losing 10 pounds or more is going to be on each upcoming year’s resolution list.

Here’s an article that can help you develop some healthy habits:

Lose 10 pounds with 10 healthy habits for a healthy New Year

Are you looking to improve your life? Get healthier? Feel better? Here are ten great healthy habits to adopt this year for a happier, healthier, and potentially longer life.

1. Reduce stress. Stress affects our health in a very negative way. It affects our immune system. It affects our ability to sleep and to digest our food properly. If you’re looking for one thing you can do better for yourself and your health this year, it would be to find methods of reducing stress.

2. Drink more water. Not just because water is good for you but because when you drink more water you stop drinking soda or other sugary drinks. Diet soda isn’t much better because it’s full of artificial sweeteners and chemicals

3. Walk/exercise. Adding exercise to your day adds years to your life. You don’t have to run a marathon or become iron man triathletes, walking for 30 minutes a day is an excellent start. Plus, you’ll just feel better.

4. Get your vitamins. A well balanced diet is excellent; however a multi vitamin is an excellent tool for a little extra insurance. Plus, it’s an easy thing to add to your daily routine.

5. Eat more fruits and veggies. It goes without saying that eating your fruits and veggies is good for your health. Add one extra serving of fruits and veggies to your day and begin living a healthier life.

6. Eat less saturated fat. Instead of ordering a burger or a steak at dinner, consider chicken or fish.

7. Eat less sugar. Sugar causes a rapid rise in blood sugar and a general feeling of well being. It also causes a rapid drop in blood sugar and a feeling of no energy. Then you eat more sugar and the cycle repeats itself. This roller coaster of sugar highs and lows wreaks havoc on your body. The solution, eat less sugar and if you do choose to have a sugary snack, eat it with a protein so your body’s metabolism remains more stable.

8. Fish oil. Fish oil and omega 3 fatty acids reduce inflammation in our bodies. It may help reduce cholesterol and may help protect your brain against degenerative diseases.

9. Go to the doctor. Are there regular tests you should be taking to test for hereditary illnesses or preventative measures that are appropriate to your age? Cancer screenings are the most common. Take the steps necessary to see your doctor this year.

10. Smile. Smiling reduces stress and puts you in a positive frame of mind. It’s scientifically proven that stress has a direct effect on how healthy a person is. Smile, you’ll be glad you did.

Print out this list and tape it somewhere you can see it everyday so you can start working on building up healthy habits.

How I Lost 10 Pounds

Hello!

My name is Adam Hofstetler, and for a long time I’ve had a problem with my weight. I was ridiculed by my friends and family all the time for my love handles – I was absolutely miserable. It took me almost 3 whole years before I finally decided to do something about it…

I did some research and found that there were a *ton* of “weight loss solutions” available to me. I tried a bunch of diet programs…some of them reduced the weight but didn’t make it go away as much as I had hoped. And the weight kept coming back. I was at a loss, until I found two solutions I didn’t expect…

Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle and Rapid Weight Loss By The Numbers

These are actually online information products that showed me how to lose weight fast and naturally, without wasting money on useless diet pills. But which one was better? They both claimed to show me *exactly* what I needed to do to solve my weight loss problem.

Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle claimed it would help me lose weight *permanently* and without any drugs or crazy diets. Most importantly, it had real results to back it up..

“I started the program at 254 lbs and 36% body fat. I am now down to 214 lbs and 22% bodyfat, so I have lost 44 lbs of fat and gained 5 lbs of lean body mass…” – said one user of the program

That sounded incredible, I was so excited. Would it work for me?!

But, I also looked at Rapid Weight Loss By The Numbers. It claimed it would start working in only days…and it had a ton of customer testimonials. People who had actually used it and had been successful with it. Plus, the author was featured on some major TV news programs.

One user of Rapid Weight Loss By The Numbers:

“I went from 165 pounds to 143 pounds in less than 8 weeks! What do you think? I think it is simply amazing! You have given me new hope by showing me exactly what I needed to do, from A to Z.”

I decided to first give Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle a shot…

I was somewhat pleased by the results. I’ve lost almost 10 pounds eating better and more often. Now, I just need to add more exercise to my routine. I was happy, but wanted to compare it to the other weight loss guide I had saw.

So, next, I took a look at Rapid Weight Loss By The Numbers

It actually has some very good info in it…some of it is similar to what is in Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle. If you were to follow the program, you could potentially lose up to 28 pounds in 3 weeks like the author claims.

I was amazed at the results of my weight loss search, and really excited. My friends all noticed, and girls looked at me a LOT more. It was really, really gratifying…

As far as price goes, Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle is $39.95 or $59.95 for the deluxe edition and Rapid Weight Loss By The Numbers is $29.95. It was definitely a small price to pay for permanent weight loss…especially compared to the prices of some diet pills…

I don’t think I could’ve gone another day with all the weight I had. The pain was unbearable…people just looked at you differently and never really wanted to get close to you. It was as though I had some infectious disease…I’m so glad I lost the weight.

People have asked me to rate both of the products, so I’d have to give Rapid Weight Loss By The Numbers 4 1/2 stars and Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle 5 stars. It just worked a bit better and it was so worth it.

How to lose 10 pounds: Healthy Alternatives for Holiday Foods

How to lose 10 pounds: Healthy Alternatives for Holiday Foods

Turkey with stuffing, sweet potatoes with melted butter and brown sugar, cranberry sauce, pasta, bread, antipasto and Italian pastries are just some of the menus being planned for the upcoming holiday. Sound familiar? Sounds like the perfect recipe to gaining 10 pounds or more.

You can enjoy your holiday feasts and still maintain a healthy diet. Portion control and substituting low fat ingredients is one way in which to provide a healthy alternative.

For example, prepare the turkey without the stuffing. Instead of pasta, serve a healthy homemade vegetable soup. Replace the Italian pastries with a home-baked angel food cake and decorate it with berries that are in season. You can still enjoy the antipasto by serving it on smaller plates and by limiting the variety of high-fat meats with low-fat substitutions.

Traditionally Thanksgiving and other subsequent holidays can last several hours. Instead of several courses, prepare four such as salad with low fat dressing, homemade vegetable soup, turkey without stuffing and homemade dessert. It can be done successfully and with a minimum amount of preparation. Serve a vegetable tray with a low fat dip for guests to nibble on before dinner.

Take one to two hour breaks before each meal. Take a walk or play football in the back yard, weather permitting. Sit everyone in the living room so they are not tempted to pick at the leftovers at the table after each course.

Thanksgiving is a wonderful holiday and sometimes we tend to prepare too many courses. Whether it’s a new recipe we want to try or perhaps there was a wonderful side dish seen on a food channel we have to incorporate into the Thanksgiving meal. There isn’t a set amount of courses one must serve. However, perhaps this year prepare fewer courses and keep the ones you do prepare more satisfying and healthier for guests.

The spirit of Thanksgiving and the Christmas holidays lies in those with whom we spend the holiday. While food preparation is important, it does not have to be so extraordinary that no one can move at the end of the meal. You’ve seen the commercial, right? Everyone is so stuffed, the men immediately take to the sofa and unbuckle their belts, while the women sit at the table and talk while picking at the leftovers.

When you begin to think about your holiday preparation, plan a menu that’s healthy and that affords those who are maintaining a diet to be able to stick to it. While some cultures will create a mini-banquet, their only choice is portion control. Serve on smaller plates and prepare fewer courses. Substitute water for cola and serve non-fat eggnog. Eat slower, chew longer and enjoy the feast!

Follow these simple guidelines and you won’t have to worry about writing down a New Year’s resolution of “losing 10 pounds”
