This article only has a few tips on how to lose weight as it’s more of an advice column for men trying to get the girl.
Here’s the weight loss tip about losing 10 pounds in a year:
“She said she first advises them to drink water – by drinking eight
glasses a day they can lose 10 pounds in a year – incorporate more
fruits and vegetables in the diet, cut back on the carbohydrates and
eat high fibre foods.”
And just for grins, here’s the dating tips:
*Don’t be self-centred.
*Be neatly attired at all times. If you carry a pot belly, wear it attractively.
*Be genuine. Offer help without expecting a favour in return.
* Be respectful to women and be sensitive to their views, opinions and feelings.
*Don’t be labelled a player or woman beater.
*Develop a healthy sense of humour
*Develop the art of conversation. Don’t let sex be the only subject you can talk about.
*Open the car door for her and when you both are entering a building, allow her to go in before you.
*Call her every now and again but don’t crowd her. A telephone call at three in the morning is just plain idiotic.
