Going to college? Watch your weight

When you get off to college watch what you eat since your mom won’t always be around cooking you well balanced delicious meals. This is a story about a college freshman trying to work off the 15 pounds she gained when she got to college.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by doing things I actually enjoy doing. I don’t
feel very obligated to exercise, I just love to do it. I love doing
yoga. It’s always easier when it’s not a chore. Also, my mom is very
supportive of me and that helps keep me on track.
