Hilary Duff refuses to go on a strict diet to lose weight even though she does admit it is part of the business and the pressure is high for teens to look thin at all costs.
The 18-year-old says, “There is definitely pressure. People are thin. I
do worry about what I look like but I’m not going to let it control my
life.”
