It’s Friday and time for the weekend!
Before you go off and go out with your friends and have a good time or watch all the college and NFL football games like me, I wanted to ask you how much weight you lost this week?
If your answer is “none” then why?
What made you put it off all week?
When will you ever get around to it?
If you keep putting it off and saying to yourself you’ll get to it later then you probably need a little help with procrastination.
This is everyone’s favorite topic.
Check out this audio program that can help you cut down on the amount or procrastinating you do throughout the day.
And then next week or the week after that when I ask you again how much weight you lost this week, you’ll be able to tell me a pound or two.
