Perhaps the biggest thing that I have learned from all of the different workouts and diet plans I’ve tried is that the more you exercise the more hungry you become. Even though I have tried to get fit many times before, this is the first time in my life that a diet plan has allowed me to eat and not feel hungry, even while following a fitness program in addition to dieting. The Fat Loss 4 Idiots plan isn’t based on how little you can eat. Rather it focuses on the different combinations of foods that are eaten and when you eat them. Once I realized that I was losing weight and not feeling hungry just following the diet, I incorporated a fitness plan so I could jump start my weight loss even more and get into shape. The Idiot plan makes me feel fuller longer and lets me get through my exercise routines without feeling hungry once I’m done.
To really succeed at this plan, you need to live by the idea that food is the fuel for your body, not the highlight of your day or an expression of your mother’s love or anything like that. Foods in the right combinations eaten throughout the day will help keep your calorie burning engine working at peak performance. It’s a lot easier to lose fat and get fit (as well as stay fit) when your body is burning calories at its maximum level. Because it burns more calories during exercise and stimulates your metabolism even when you’re not exercising, adding a fitness program to the mix will give you even better results. I love the idea of burning calories fast even when I’m not doing any kind of exercise, and the Idiot plan makes it easy for me to do just that.
I am able to eat more than 3 times a day on this plan and that helps me to feel fuller and more satisfied. When I exercise I know I’ll soon be having another meal and won’t have to starve for hours waiting for my next meal. My goal is to get fit and stay that way, and by following this plan I have found that I can definitely lose weight while feeling like I can really enjoy my food. I never feel hungry or light headed and I always have enough energy to get the most out of my workouts. By working out and eating the right combinations of foods I know I’ve got my metabolism cranking full speed ahead.
This is not a fad diet and it isn’t a short term fix. The plan helps you get fit and then stay that way by teaching you how to work your body and get the most out of the foods that you eat. Eating and working out in combination can work to help you achieve the best possible results when you follow the Fat Loss 4 Idiots plan.
