Before you read any further, if you think there are actual “secrets” to losing 10, 15, 20 pounds in 3 months than you may want to have a seat.  You are going to first have to realize that there are no fat loss secrets.  There are different techniques that work better than others.  But as far as things that have not been discovered or covered before, there is very little.  The "secret" to losing weight is proper diet and exercise.What you could consider a "secret" is the new high intensity programs that work better than the old boring workouts that include situps and crunches. 

If you want to lose 10 to 15 pounds in a short amount of time and little work, you are destined to be disappointed.  The diet pills you see on TV all the time are selling hope.  And you keep buying them hoping they work and do what they say they do.  But if you notice on the small fine print it will say that results are not ordinary and that you need to have a proper diet and exercise.  If anything, you should buy diet pills to help you lose 15 pounds just to get you motivated to workout and start eating healthy.  This would be like the placebo effect with drugs.People have faith that the pills that are on are working and it gets them quicker faster.  You can get in shape and eat better when you combine diet pills with diet and exercise. 

When you start getting into bigger weight loss and you want to lose 20 pounds, you must workout and burn more calories than you consume.  One way to get into shape quicker is to start using a kettlebell and swinging that around for 20 minutes a day.You can buy a cheap kettlebell online and get your full body workouts with cardio in less than an hour and avoid the traffic and dealing with the people at the gym.Many celebs you see on TV give high praise to kettlebells and how quick they can get results.  Then once you have your workout program, add in some fat burning foods from the glycemic index.Spend a few minutes reading the labels at the grocery store and aim for the low fat healthier foods. 

There are no real secrets but there are techniques you can do that will get better results quicker and you just have to find them.
