Your selected exercise does not have to be jump rope but be sure to pick something that you can do for ten minutes and cause you to sweat.

It will be normal that you crave more food during the week that you intend to lose weight. The trick is not giving in and binging, so to do so drink water. Drinking water when you feel the urge to snack will kill cravings and keep you on track with your goal. Once you made it past those 7 days you should at least see a 5 pound decrease.
