Apples and other foods that are high in carbohydrates but low on the glycemic index, meaning they take longer to digest, may help promote weight loss, Australian researchers say.”
Here’s a list of some low GI (good for you) foods:
Apples
Grapes
Green peas
Kidney beans
Oranges
Peaches
Peanuts
Pears
All-bran cereal
Pinto beans
Strawberries
Sweet corn
Grapefruit
Now if they could just find a way to put all of that into a little pill we can all take twice a day and lose weight, that would be fantastic!?
