“It turns out an apple a day might do more than keep the doctor away.

Apples and other foods that are high in carbohydrates but low on the glycemic index, meaning they take longer to digest, may help promote weight loss, Australian researchers say.”

Here’s a list of some low GI (good for you) foods:



Apples



Grapes



Green peas



Kidney beans



Oranges



Peaches



Peanuts



Pears



All-bran cereal



Pinto beans



Strawberries



Sweet corn



Grapefruit

Now if they could just find a way to put all of that into a little pill we can all take twice a day and lose weight, that would be fantastic!? :o )
