		<description>Adam, bonjour... An interesting post.  Personally, I believe that it is the quality of the food that we eat which creates so much obesity.  If the body is not getting sufficient vitamins, minerals etc., it craves more food.  For example, many women at certain times of the month crave chocolate.  They lose blood, blood cells are generated via marrow in bones, this means that bones need to be strong.  Bones are strengthened by the body absorbing calcium, which it cannot do without magnesium.  Chocolate contains a large amount of magnesium, qed.
