Hello-
Have you ever seen those ads for an exercise machine that you only have to use for 4 minutes a day? Here’s what you get in that 4 minutes:
“a complete non-impact cardio, resistance- and flexibility workout.”
I mean who couldn’t find 4 minutes to workout if it combined all your workouts in one? Each commercial break you watch is about 3 minutes so fitting an entire workout in only four minutes is a bargain. That’s the good news.
The bad news is that the machine costs almost $15,000. OUCH! Considering it’s going to get you in the best shape of your life in only 4 minutes a day, I’d say that’s probably a good deal. If you want to read more about this exercise machine, check out http://www.fastexercise.com/
There’s tons of testimonials on that site with people who have lost 60 pounds working out only 4 minutes a day. He said he actually increased it to 5 minutes even though it wasn’t necessary.
If you don’t have an extra $15,000 lying around to spend for an exercise machine then check out the Total Gym. You’ve seen these advertised on infomercials all the time by Chuck Norris and Christie Brinkley.
You can get them on eBay for about $500.
Check out some of the current offerings:
