Reviews of some new diet books

Hello and Happy Halloween-

This article reviews some of the new diet books out on the market.?

There are so many out there and so many ways to lose weight, how do you choose??

The thing that will get you through will be focus.? You need to focus on one way and stick with it.? Don’t get distracted by any shiny new objects that will distract you from your goal.?

I have a problem with this as well.? I will be working on a project and then get distracted by something small and I lose my focus and it’s hard to get it back.?

What I’ve done is make it a habit to work on my project as soon as possible after I wake up.? And then once I’ve done it I feel very good about myself.

Try it and see if it works for you.

Make something a habit and it’ll be hard to break.?

The opposite is true too.? If you get good at something you shouldn’t be doing then that’ll be a hard habit to break too.? So be careful.
