Stress and lack of sleep can decrease weight loss

Here’s a short blurb saying that even if you burning more calories than you’re taking in you still may not lose weight.

You also need to get adequate amounts of sleep and de-stress your life.

I disagree with Angie Zancanaro when she says, “As long as you’re expending more calories than you’re in taking, you will lose weight.”
