<p>1. You have to eat breakfast to jumpstart your metabolism. This will keep you from getting to hungry and eating wrong later in the day.</p>
<p>2. Make sure that the food that you buy is nutritious and it not full of fat and salt.</p>
<p>3. Fiber is a must &#8211; it will help you lose a ton of fat. Eat foods like fruits, vegetables and whole grains. The fibers in these foods will fill you up leaving less room for unhealthy choices.</p>
<p>4. Don&#8217;t fall into bad habits on weekends.
