I prepare for my cheat day buy going out and buying anything I want; burgers, hot dogs, pizza, ice cream, cake, anything I can think of that I might want. I much on my sweets and snacks throughout the entire day without ever thinking about calories or fat content. It&#8217;s a wonderful day.</p>
<p>Using a cheat day will actually help boost your metabolism every other day of the week, helping you burn more fat each day!</p>
<p><strong>Exercising to Lose Weight After Pregnancy</strong></p>
<p>Hopefully you’ve been doing some exercising during your pregnancy to help keep your muscle in decent shape. If not, just begin from your current place. It important that you choose an exercise plan that’s fun, effective and doesn’t take up a lot of time.
