<p>Make sure that your answers are well thought through. Some people may think this is a little odd, and will ignore it. By doing this, the way you think about weight loss will begin to change. You will have increased motivation by having targeted goals that you can see.</p>
<p>The reason writing is important is because thoughts on their own are not real physical objects. No doubt you have probably had tens of thousands over the last month or two, but how many of them can you recall? Something that is written down becomes more of a reality. It is there in black and white on paper. It is a route to follow. A route if you like. What we see with our eyes can influence us greatly. Read your plan everyday without fail, and you will start to see differences in your mental processes.</p>
