The Truth on How to Lose the Beer Belly

Do you want to lose the beer belly? It’s a not an easy goal to achieve. You and your party friend have gone through a lot together. Going to Sunday footballs games together, attending those wild college parties, and grabbing a beer during happy hour.  You two have shared some great memories, but times have changed and you want to lose the beer belly.

Losing the beer belly will not be easy and will take hard work, perseverance and time. Paying attention to the messages the media conveys,you might be fooled into following the latest celebrity diet or popping a few pills every four hours can give you the body of a runway model. To be honest, you are going to work a lot harder to lose your beer belly.

The truth in the matter, is it will take WORK. All the celebrities and models seen in the media are in the best shape of their lives all because they exercise and eat healthy. In order to lose that beer belly, wouldn’t following their regime make sense? It will take some work but in the end it really doesn’t have to be that hard.People who are trying to get rid of their beer belly, they start jogging and doing situps. At first glance, this might make sense. Doing sit ups and crunches won’t get rid of your beer belly, it will just strengthen your muscles. In order to burn calories, running will help. Unless you do more than crunches and sit ups, you might get a nice six pack but you wouln’t be able to tell underneath that layer of fat called your beer belly.

What else can you do if ab exercises won’t lose belly fat?

Cutting back on beer is a good start.  I know this may sound like an impossible feat for you. Don’t you think that the reason you have a beer belly is because of all that beer your drinking? You don’t have to all together give up on your beer, you can just not drink as much.

There are two parts to losing that beer belly.  To lose your beer belly, incorporate exercise and healthy eating habits. Results won’t be as great if you choose healthy eating over exercise or vice versa. Yes, exercise might burn more calories, but if you don’t eat less calories in the first place you may not be burning more than you eat.Exercise is a big factor in losing weight but if you’re eating more than you can burn than your results are minimal. To lose your beer belly, diet and exercise will be big contributing factors in achieve your goal.

First you will need a healthy diet.Paying attention to what you eat will play a major role. Your body needs all the right nutrients. The proper nutrients are protein complex carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Eating healthy can help your body by burn and metabolize fat more effectively.

Second, exercise is the next contributing factor in weight loss. Cardio (aerobic exercise) and resistance training (strength training) is what you would need to do. Aerobic exercises like running, calisthenics, or any other form of cardio can increase your body’s stamina and heart strength and it’s a good way to burn excess calories. Doing strength training can help you gain that confidence you need in order to strut your stuff next time you’re at the beach.

In order to lose that beer belly, you will need to change you lifestyle from working out daily and eating right.  Follow this advice and you’ll soon find that you will be lose weight faster.  Best of luck to you and all your endeavors!
